The short terms. The real ones are in your agreement.

These terms cover your use of the Growth House website and platform. They are not the whole story. When you hire us for a build, the binding commercial terms, scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and data handling, live in the services agreement you sign. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement wins.

You agree to use the site and platform for lawful purposes, not to attempt to break, probe, or overload them, not to access another client's scope, and not to reverse-engineer the platform. Access to your portal is for you and the people you authorize; you are responsible for keeping your login secure.

You own your data, your content, your configurations, and the outputs the workflow generates for you. Growth House owns the platform, Studio OS, its source code, infrastructure, reusable components, prompts, and engines. Hiring us for a build gives you a license to use your workflow while your subscription is active; it does not transfer the platform. Your signed agreement spells this out in full.

Your workflow uses AI to generate drafts, reports, and other outputs. AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to a customer. We build guardrails, but we do not warrant that every output is accurate or fit for a specific purpose.

Build fees and subscription fees are described in your agreement and processed through Stripe. Subscriptions run on the term and minimum you agreed to. We do not store full card details.

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy and our security page. Both are part of how these terms apply to you.

The site and platform are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, Growth House is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Your signed services agreement controls venue and dispute resolution for anything related to a build.
